CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that Top Cycling Travel is a small company, and so we cannot make exceptions to the cancellation policy. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. If you do need to cancel or transfer to another trip, we do ask that your request be in writing.

*For future trip credits, reservations must be made for a trip occurring within one calendar year (12 months) of the original date of departure or funds are forfeit. Refunds will not be issued after a future trip credit has been chosen.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Top Cycling Travel sincerely wishes for every trip participant to attend and complete the experience of their dreams. In an effort to plan for unexpected personal emergencies, health issues, weather, and transportation problems that might cause you to cancel or shorten your trip, travel insurance is recommended. 

Avoid purchasing non-refundable travel tickets before confirming through Top Cycling Travel that your trip departure is confirmed 45 days prior to the trip start date.
